Testimonials

"It has been a privilege to teach and work with Sally-Ann. She is an inspirational and gifted practitioner and I am happy to recommend her wholeheartedly"

Phil Parker, Principal of The European College of Holistic Medicine

"Having tried many ways of quitting smoking (including other hypnotherapists), I cannot emphasise how easy you made it seem. As simple as setting a date in advance and preparing the mind for that date, then a single session of NLP has had such an amazing and lasting effect. So far 8 months."

Andy Black – Company Director

"I had a session of Hypnotherapy with Sally-Ann and found it a very relaxing and positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone as she has a very professional and thorough approach. I felt confident in her hands and indeed, much more confident to achieve my goals after the session."

Pim Grimes – Head Teacher of Little Barfield School

“I went to see Sally-Ann as I was anxious about child birth. I had three sessions in which she taught me self-hypnosis and pain control. I gave birth to my beautiful son, Oliver, after 4 hours of controlled contractions. Thank you so much for helping me enjoy this life changing experience.”

Sarah Vinden – Mother

"I have been a Psychotherapist for the past 27 years and was amazed at the speed of change after doing the Lightning Process. The visual tools were excellent. After 62 years of doing anxiety I am now aware that I have a choice!"

Jeannie French - Psycotherapist

"Sally-Ann is so sweet and it is easy to feel safe and secure in her presence. She is a great teacher and meets each persons individual needs. Thank you so much Sally-Ann."

"I can't begin to tell you what it means to me to have you train me and show me how to change my life. You are a brilliant trainer and I WILL be putting in the effort to make sure I am another success story. I will contact you in a few weeks when I will be able to tell you about more of my successes.

Once again, thank you soooooooooooooo much."
Thomas Jones - Age 32 CFS Sufferer

"I am not like most teenagers. I am healthy. I am done being sick. I am proud of what I have accomplished. I am a hard worker. I am ready to make up for lost time. I cannot take lemons and make lemonade, but I can make my lemons as sweet as possible. I am happy. I am strong. I am a person who looks to the future rather than the past. I am brave. I am ready for what life gives me. I will never waste my time. I am very competitive. I shoot for the moon. I am a person who loves life. I am not materialistic. I am someone who forgets about the small things and focuses on the big ones. I have perspective about what is important. I am like the ocean my life is rough then suddenly calms. I am compassionate. I am a person who tries to help others. I am confident. I am not a crystal I shine from the inside out.  I am a bookworm reading, is my passion. I am a good student. I am not always ready for the future, but I face it anyway. I am flexible, what happens, happens, I can’t change that. I am strong as a well-built house; my foundation is not easily shaken. I am determined. I am like a boat in a storm; I will always persevere. I am lucky. I am never at rock bottom I know that there are always some who have it worse then me. I am well again. I believe some things are as quick as lightning. I will never say I am tired. I am a rubber ducky; I am finally floating at the top of the pool instead of sinking to the bottom. I am ready to accept, I wouldn’t change my past no matter how hard it has been. I am happy with who I am. I am me."

We certainly have not forgotten about you and the wonderful work you have done. Rade still has the little 'duck' which he keeps by the bedside. He has named it after you and always makes sure he does not start his day without giving it a kiss.

From Rade and myself, I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Words truly cannot explain how it feels to have him back again.

We certainly don't take anything for granted anymore.....who would have thought that the simple things like taking a walk together, cooking together, sitting in a pub having a drink, or watching telly, could be so wonderfully satisfying.

THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!

With all our love and warmest wishes - Alison & Rade
