NLP was developed by Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grindler and is the study of excellence.

The practitioner will enable you to learn how and why you do things and teach you how to use this knowledge to create change. NLP works to assist you to find the abilities to help get yourself back in balance, to be more how you want to be; working on any area of your life, from simple behavioural changes, like phobias, to health issues, such as food intolerances and immune system issues etc. You will begin to discover the skills you have for achieving the changes you desire are just waiting to be used once the blocks to your healing have been dealt with.
